We are at a time of major cultural shifts in our world.
Not only is it unclear what tomorrow will bring for those of us in business. There’s a lot of global shifting and changing, and it’s leading to more fear and uncertainty.
Marie Curie said, “Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood. Now is the time to understand more so that we may fear less. Now is the time to understand more so that we may fear less.”
Many of us want to understand what’s going on in the world. We’re still sitting with Marie Curie wanting to understand so that we don’t have to live in fear as much.
We can’t do that anymore.
Leaders need to seek comfort with being insecure. That means instead of waiting to understand it’s time to take action in business.
